100% Satisfaction Guarantee means if you aren't happy with your purchase, return it AT ANY TIME within 30 days of receipt. Some exclusions apply (see below)

• If you return the item(s) in sellable condition within 30 days, (meaning it is in mint condition with all packing materials so we can resell it) you'll receive a credit to your credit card, (or a refund in the method of payment), for the purchase price minus shipping cost to you**.
  
  
• If you return the item(s) in less than sellable condition within 30 days, (meaning it has been lightly used and not damaged and/or you put it together and it really didn't work for you), you'll receive a Coupon for the purchase price (it can be used at any of our patiostore.com family of stores, ( more are coming soon.) minus a 15% re-stocking fee and shipping cost to you.**
  
  
• If you return the item(s) in un-sellable condition, (meaning it has been used, worn, damaged and we cannot resell it), we will return the item to you.

**(We cannot reimburse shipping for returned items except in cases of errors in fulfilling the order - shipping costs to you will not be re-imbursed (note: we offer no shipping charge to you on most orders over $100, however there is a shipping cost to ship the item to you. The amount that we paid the shipping company to get the product to you will not be re-imbursed plus you will be responsible for returning the item to us at your cost.)
